Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return is delivered.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped.
