Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Timing
Allow 5 to 10 business days for processing after the return is delivered.

Original shipping charges
The original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable for standard returns. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the original shipping charge is refunded along with the return shipping cost.

Order changes & cancellations
